Toma Café was created in July 2011 with a clear objective, to revolutionize the coffee scene in Spain. Coffee enthusiasts Santiago Rigoni and Patricia Alda Diaz made the decision to switch careers leaving jobs in advertising and marketing and applying all their creative experience to the launch of Toma Café.
Following the essence of the new coffee revolution, they decided to go deeper into the product and its supply chain. With the coffee shop they set up, they introduced the first micro coffee toasting facility in Madrid together with classroom training.
Toma Café is not just a coffee shop, it is a company that is 100% dedicated to coffee – from the selection of beans and roasting, to consulting and support for other coffee shops.
